Versez l'attiéké dans un saladier et égrainez-le à l'aide d'une fourchette ou comme traditionnellement avec vos doigts. La semoule devient plus fluide, les grains ne doivent pas coller entre eux.</p><p><br></p><p>2 - Soit vous disposez d'un couscoussier, auquel cas vous mettez la semoule en haut et vous remplissez le récipient d'eau salée. Soit vous prenez votre meilleur appareil de cuit vapeur pour cuire la semoule à la vapeur durant 15 min. Mélangez pendant la cuisson pour que les grains ne se collent pas trop.</p><p><br></p><p>3 - Pendant la cuisson, faites chauffer une poêle avec l'huile végétale. Elle doit être bien chaude, mais ne la faites pas brunir. Ajoutez ensuite le poisson puis faites le frire. Lorsqu'il est cuit, posez-le sur du papier absorbant. Mettez-le ensuite dans un four à 50°C pour le maintenir au chaud. Gardez l'huile de friture, elle va vous servir ensuite.</p><p><br></p><p>4 - Préparation de la salade : lavez et coupez les tomates en 4. Hachez-les ensuite. Épluchez les oignons, émincez-les. Ajoutez ces deux ingrédients dans un saladier. Complétez avec l’huile de friture, les bouillons-cubes émiettés, le sel et poivre et le piment. Mélangez le tout.</p><p><br></p><p>5 - Disposez la semoule d’attieké dans un plat. Sortez le poisson du four et recouvrez-le de la salade.
